At Twilight we are always ready to hear feedback and concerns from our residents, their family, friends and others. We understand that, by listening to and acting on feedback, all our customers, staff and external stakeholders are better served.

This online system is just one of the ways we can receive your input. We use it to record issues like complaints, suggestions and compliments. It helps us involve the right people as we investigate, manage and resolve issues.

If there is something you would like to raise with us you can use this online system to directly lodge your matter into the system. We will respond to your issue and you can check the progress of our investigation.
