Twilight Aged Care is a not for profit organisation which was originally known as Twilight House and was established as a private charity in 1915.
At this time, there are currently four hostels within the Twilight Aged Care group:
Glengarry in Mosman
Horton House in Gordon
Jamieson House in Beecroft
Onslow House in Mosman
Many of our residents require dementia specific care which we are able to offer within a secure environment at Glengarry, Horton House and Jamieson House.
Towards the end of 2005, significant investments were made across the group; refurbishments were completed at each of the hostels and improvements were made to the services offered to residents.

As part of our quality care, we have tailored and adapted best practice guidelines with our clinical documentation system (iCare) to assist us in identifying and managing our residents at risk of falls.
