Onslow House was the first of our hostels and opened in 1915. It is ideally located on the quiet, Beauty Point side of Mosman, surrounded by gardens and greenery and set amongst elegant homes.
Many of the rooms have magnificent views over Middle Harbour whilst others overlook the gardens.
Onslow House is a low care hostel with a gentle and relaxed atmosphere. All of our residents are encouraged to live as independently as possible within a warm and supportive home-like environment.
There are 20 single rooms with shared bathrooms. Major refurbishments at the end of 2005 include new décor, furniture, carpets and soft furnishings in all rooms.
- Weekly Activities Program supported by staff and volunteers
- Full access to medical care with visiting specialists including podiatry and physiotherapy
- Hostel car and bus for resident outings and appointments
- All rooms are fully equipped with emergency call system, heating/cooling system, TV and phone outlet.
