We currently have a full-time vacancy for an experienced Recreational Activities Officer at our Beecroft facility, Jamieson House.

Jamieson House has single accommodation for 42 people and is a secure facility specialising in dementia care. Residents are encouraged to live as independently as possible within a warm and homely environment.

The Recreational Activities Officer provides recreational and leisure activities in the Hostel environment.  Leisure and recreational activities are designed to include a holistic approach to meet the specific needs and interests of the person and to promote a sense of well-being.

• Certificate IV in Leisure and Health;
• Previous experience with ACFI documentation;
• Eligible for Level 2 DTAA membership;
• Current First Aid Certificate;
• Previous experience in an Aged Care environment;
• Awareness of accreditation guidelines.

All staff are required to have a Police Clearance before commencing employment with Twilight Aged Care.
